RELH provides:

Access to conversations
Infrastructure for sourcing and routing
Human verification of investor intent
RELH does not provide outcomes.

RELH does not provide outcomes.

- WHAT RELH IS NOT RELH is not:

A lead brokerage
A marketing agency
A pay-per-lead service
A guarantee of deal flow, funding, revenue, or results

RELH does not sell lists, resell data, or promise fixed delivery quantities.

APPLICATION & APPROVAL Access to RELH is application-based and discretionary.

We reserve the right to:

Approve or deny any application
Limit access by market, role, or system capacity
Place applicants on a waitlist
Revoke access for misalignment or misuse

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or continued access.

- NO GUARANTEES RELH makes no guarantees or representations regarding:

Number of conversations delivered
Timing or readiness of any third party
Conversion rates, deals, funding, or ROI
Financial or business outcomes

Any stated access ranges or examples are illustrative only and are not guarantees.

Results depend on variables outside RELH’s control, including:

Market conditions
Investor availability
Client responsiveness and follow-up behavior

- HUMAN REVIEW & AUTOMATION RELH utilizes automation to create outreach volume and human review to enforce quality.

Automation creates scale.

Human review enforces standards.

Human review does not imply endorsement, certainty, or outcome.

- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES By using RELH, you agree to:

Conduct yourself professionally and lawfully
Follow up with conversations in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Accurately represent RELH’s services
Not imply guarantees, fixed volume, or outcomes

You may not:

Resell or redistribute access
Misrepresent conversations as “leads”
Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the system
Circumvent application, approval, or capacity controls

- MARKET CAPACITY & EXCLUSIVITY RELH may limit access based on:

Geographic market
Role type
System capacity

Market access is not exclusive unless explicitly stated in writing.

RELH may modify market availability at any time.

- SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & TERMINATION RELH operates on a subscription basis.

By subscribing, you agree that:

Fees are charged on a recurring basis
Access is granted for the subscription period only
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

RELH reserves the right to:

Suspend access for non-payment
Terminate access for misuse or breach
Modify pricing with notice

Termination does not obligate RELH to provide refunds.

- NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY Nothing in these Terms creates:

A partnership
A joint venture
An agency relationship
A fiduciary obligation

You act independently and at your own discretion.

- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, RELH shall not be liable for:

Lost profits or revenue
Missed opportunities
Indirect or consequential damages
Actions or decisions of third parties

Use of RELH is at your own risk.

- CONFIDENTIALITY You agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

RELH processes and workflows
Routing logic
Internal documentation
Non-public information

Unauthorized disclosure may result in immediate termination.

- MODIFICATIONS RELH may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

- GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which RELH operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
