Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Billing

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the platform through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

Refunds

Because Real Estate Lead Hub provides immediate access to digital services, data, and platform resources, all payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, or lack of usage.

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with results, volume of conversations, or business outcomes, as results depend on individual follow-up, market conditions, and strategy.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
